Deep Blue Sea

So, somehow I pick a very much windy evening to resume my jogging days ..... actually just to test out the new sport shoes that I bought last Sat. I know I hv gain some weight from the chinese New Year fiesta, and hv not able to bring it down. Didn't hv a good run at all, feel heavy, and the new shoes is not helping ..... didn't hv a good bounce(not as much as my old nike shoes), OR I'm too heavy for it to bounce Tot I'll be feel comfort in my old sport pants ..... only to realise when back at home, the pants was torn , luckily it's brown color, which matched with my tanned skin color , no one is around the paddy fields except the egrets . Guess I better put off some weight in the swimming pool before trying out the new shoes again .

So, I hv the whole swimming pool by myself this morning at PL's apartment. That's the ONLY benefit when your company is shutdown on Monday and others are still working.

Did anyone told me before that I need to warm up my back too when I go for a swim ??? Becoz, I do hv to . Already feel the tense when I did only a few kicks ..... trying to figure out what to do after stop swimming for almost 6 months. So bear with the tense at the back, once a while, curled up my body like a ball and help to stretch the back .

That's what you get when you are out from the sweating exercise for month ...... blame it to the working schedule, got to work extra on Sat to earn some replacement leave, which blame it on the economy, but the slowdown economy get me back to the pool again this morning ..... what kind of logic we're having here anyway ????

The government is offering RM10K sponsorship to fresh graduate who is interested to do their Master under the stimulate package.

I know it will be hard for the graduate to get a perfect job they wished for now ...... but I wonder if this sponsorship is doing them any good. Of cause it is helping those are really interested to further in the academy field, but ..... would it be a hiding place for those who dare not to try out the "reality" ???

Alright, I know my skin is not fair enough ...... but I didn't know it will bother the nurses to find out where's my arm vein is .

This morning went to the blood donation, and was having the bad feeling when the 2 middle age nurses keep looking at my right arm and keep saying "can't see, can't see" in Malay. Thanks to the whole day outing in the Batu Ferringgi beach 3 weeks ago, I'm so well tanned now ....... but who say u must see the vein to get the blood out ???

Anyhow, thse 2 nurses decided that they'll go for a "try" anyway ..... yeap, mind you, even they're not 100% sure they still go for it . Again, I'm the kind of person that cannot stand pain, and once they hv the needle stick insides of me, n hv the all fuss of not able to get the blood flow from the tube ..... I was really annoyed .

So the victim require "I wanted a doctor !!!" ..... too bad no doctor is avail in the blood donation campaign, and finally a gentleman attend to me and with the help from another lady who manage a successful stick, the blood finally flow out from my arm ...... but I must say this is the most painful stick that I hv so far in all the donation I hv been to .

Next time, I hv better go straight to the hospital for blood donation, at least they'll hv ppl who is doing needle sticking job all the time, than the 2 amateur nurses .

好怀念那不在我面前讲圣经的好友。 自从她搬去SJ后，就渐行渐远，距离的确是个问题啦。

感觉到她最近蛮纳闷的，想开解，又会到后来好像变成了责备　。。。。。。

Anyway, this is what we hv been shouting a lots lately here. How to make our limited saving expands ?????? Don't tell me to invest in the share market, it will be a billions of NO, NO . Ended up the whole group of us, opt for an e-save account in Std Chartered Bank .... it is a saving account, with interest rate higher than the FD, for God sake .

So, when I was surfing thru Sebastian's English high tea session pictures in E&O hotel ...... I'm drooling and try hard not to let my saliva falls on the laptop , can't remember when is the exact time when I hv such a "high cost" meal. Everyone is keeping a tight budget ..... though I wanted so much to watch the Jason Mraz's concert . Just hv to hang on ...... much more longer here.

What's next ?? Part time jobs ?? Errr, I'll start with buying lottery ticket before hand, see if I'll get lucky .

当然她不是来听我的演唱会 。。。。。 昨晚临时包珠脚，学了那首超容易的生日歌 ， 乘着老妈子检查三哥的鱼获 ， 就在那些死鱼见证下，为她弹奏了 “祝你生日快乐“ 。

老妈子好像有点脸红哦 。。。。 好学不学，就学到我的脸皮薄的坏习 。

也是我婆婆的受难日哦 。。。。 还蛮想念风趣可爱的婆婆，希望她也能听到，每个我都爱 。

So, I finished my 3 months guitar class on last Tues ..... and the result is not very "amazing" but rather "amusing" 。

It will going to be a long way before I could strum a whole song, even the Birthday song ...... geesh, guess can't play for my mum for her birthday tomorrow .

Well, no giving up ..... aim for her next year birthday then .

裁神到的部落格为我筹得了E&O 酒店下午茶一客。 大学同窗，蛇白，紧张兮兮地来了通电话，担心我没钱开饭了 。。。。。 为了不让他的担心落空，就勉为其难让他请客吧 (他其实只想请我一盘鸡饭吧 )

废废的我，写下那文章，不小心惹得朋友担心 。。。。 安啦，我其实私底下已在想，被裁了，悠长假期，该作全马走透，也门逍遥游，孟买看看 (这得看老哥的工作表 还是那些风花雪月的事呢 ？ 庆幸没债务缠身，且赖在家里少花费，应该能熬过这2009 的一场雪吧 。
