So last week swimming session, I'm able to coordinate my hands and legs, and also know how to breath out in the water 
. Talk abt it, took me more than 6 years to figure out 
.
And today, back to the swimming pool again, and this round learn to breath in when reaching the surface 
.
As usual, took a little while (more than that actually) to warm up, and was almost to give up 
.... and when most of the ppl is leaving the pool, I hv a bigger area to move around. And here I go again ..... last thing I know, I almost got drown for swimming out from my safe zone. By the time I press my "hand break", and want to put my legs down ..... why I am not stepping on any floor ??? 
..... before I'm able to shout for help, my reflection help me to move my body back to the shallow place. Pretty scary I would say 
.
I can breath in and out FINALLY. Though I'm not swimming in an Olympic speed, but I enjoy. Enjoy to be able to control my body in the water 
. And 1 thing I learn abt swimming, which reminds me abt life ..... is that when I feel I'm getting sink, I'll just get relax and let the water pressure to take me back to the surface again. Guess in real life, I never did so ..... I'm sinking and still I keep holding tight to myself, and it suffocates me sometimes 
.
Well, feel sorry abt the guy standing at the pool side, who is ready to jump into the water, but a slow frog was keep swimming in his way, and he has to wait, n wait. Honestly, I hv try real hard, just wonder why I'm not moving much 
.
Thanks to swimming, at least I know I can still learning new things in my life journey ..... never say never .
