So, I made a pandan chiffon cake last 2 weeks ago ..... was pretty confident that I hv no problem to make a good one AGAIN 
. But sometimes, u need a flop to realise u r not that good anyway 
.
Alright, didn't beat the egg white fluffy enough ..... can I blame it to the electronic hand whisk that I hv just redeemed 
??? Guess NO, hehe. No one told me that I need to turn the bowl upside down just to make sure the foam white won't fall, until TODAY 
.
Guess what ? Going to make another one tomorrow. The whole idea is to make it for my mum actually ..... she can't takes any milk product. Too bad, not able to taste my "famous" tiramisu and choc cake 
.
Let's hope for a better one, shall we ????
