Hv to somehow officially withdraw myself from the climb this year.
My swelling ligament is still not in the shape for full recover yet. And the doc had advised me not to do any sports in these 2 weeks time, until another review session. Even walking had to be minimized.
With the stop of the training, I wouldn't be fit enough for the climb. And the fear of hurting my ligament again in such a short recovery time will be haunting me along the climb.
Had been feeling pretty down before session with the doc today ..... but once had confirmed on the injury, where nothing serious like ligament or meniscus torn happened, I was relieve somehow

I hv a frenz who just went thru his knee surgery on Monday, and is now on his long recovery journey. And just find out that my top level boss in SG also just had one on Friday. Thanks God I don't hv to join the club.
Well, am looking forward now for another attempt in 2009 ..... sure I'm out, but I'm not down
