Well .... many many moments in my life, I hv wished I hv not did or said the things I did . Anyhow, I keep repeating the mistakes ten thousands of times ...... and the same guilty feeling keep hunting me from time to time.

Hv to learn to be more rationale .... listen to ur heart is great, but sometimes it's not that proper to show too much of ur passion, especially in the wrong scenario .

For those who is reading, and I hope you will ..... I'm sorry.

今天回去复诊， 师傅开了张药单，要我买齐十二种中药， 煲滚了， 倒进盆里， 让那蒸汽薰过膝盖 。。。。。 过后还要开着吹风筒， 吹着膝盖， 再用黑风油推拿。 好大的工程啊 ， 幸亏我有的是时间 ， 放工后可照着做。

回到住处的中药行， 因为店面小， 没有齐全的药。 不得已， 跑去北海的永兴药行， 当家的一看， 就问我要几剂 。 虽然十二种药， 可每剂只需 RM4.50 。 看着那当家来回那药柜无数次， 也蛮不好意思 。

附近补习中心的小瓜们， 下了课， 都挤进店里头来等"司机"来载。 每个坐在玻璃柜前， 满怀兴趣的看着当家抓药，有些圆滚滚的溜到他们面前， 就帮忙抓住， 可也不忘拿来嗅嗅， 好有探险精神啊 。

看着他们， 记忆中的某些片段也浮现了 。。。。。 小时候跟随老妈子去老家附近的药行抓药。 忘了那当家的样子， 只记得那天枰，古色古香的药柜。 坐在那高椅上，牢抓着台面，眼睛也忙跟着那当家转 。 每回去， 每回都搞不清那天枰是怎用， 那时也没什么冒险精神 。 终是黄昏的景色， 小手里拿着当家免费赠送的酸梅， 再牵着老妈的手，又慢慢走回老家 。。。。。 这么多年， 还不晓得那药是给谁煲的呢 ， 待会再问问老妈子 。

童年和现在的药柜还是一样没变， 还是默默地安抚了一颗颗忐忑的心 。。。。 。

Well, it's not happening to my car ..... but is my right foot .

Thanks to my clumsy fall on the badminton floor months ago, the bone still swollen on the knee cap, and it makes me feel "a bit" uncomfortable whenever I hike. So, once for all, went to hv it "fixed" today.

So now, hv my right knee all bandaged, with chinese herb medicine applied on it. The sifu ask me to go bk for examination and more massage tomorrow . God knows I hate pain .

But for a more confidence and relax Mt K hike, hv to get it fixed somehow. Hope to be back into the action soon ..... next weekend, yeah .

我的理发师， 占姆士老要我把一头长发剪掉。 虽然本姑娘的头发最近面临危机 (脱&#21457, 可我还不想放弃那一头长发啊 。

会努力地治疗我的脱发问题啦 ， 也不懂怎么会那么严重 。 那洗发的美眉说， 从顶上看， 已经蛮疏， 我的天 。

敷衍占姆士， 神山爬完就会剪短头发 。 当然不会啦， 那头长发为我带来一些桃花运 (虽然目前都是烂桃花 ) 。。。。 嘻嘻， 看着办吧 。

So, here we go ...... bk to my normal PG Hill hiking after knowing the history won't repeat itself, and all are back to normal after the election result .

Met a guy who is doing the training at PG Hill too .... and going to climb Mt K on the same day as mine . But he seems more prepared than I am, at least with carrying a big backpack (which I couldn't lift with 1 arm ) .

Another frenz while training at Batu Caves last weekend, met an older folk who is going for the Mt K climb too in May ..... wonder if there's enough space to stand at the peak .

Accelerate the training tempo now ...... 1 month n 2 weeks to go .

So, it had been a week now since the general election result being revealed ....... and expected, the transition of the new state government which are taken by the ex opposition parties is still not finalised. But what we couldn't expect, that it is also happening to those states where the winning party is the ruling coalition .

Being one of the penangites, I hv follow closely the situation for the past whole week. At least every night I will read some posts from the Raja Petra's blog (thanks to TY for the link ) ...... oh man, what an eyes opening experience, to catch up what had been really going on in our country, which I hv never read abt in the mainstream newspaper all this while .

Look at the attitude by the defeating party in my state, I know it is a long process, for us to achieve what we want ..... a country for ALL. But no one says it is going to be easy ..... think my jogging practice can be applied here, slow and steady, never stop easily ...... becoz u know u r able to "run" more .

After following the election result until 2am, I wake up to a "new" day in my quiet Permatang Pauh neighborhood .

Calls n SMS from fren, relatives keep pour in last night, as there's rumours of riots in our area. Though I'm reluctant to cancel my hiking training today, but I have to, I still can do the jogging at the paddy fields .

I think I'm fortunate, to be here at this moment, to be part of the history changes ..... It might be frightening, as we will go thru the unknown, and sail with the new captain aboard. But I think once we decide to sail from the harbour, let's all have faith, n keep the promise to find that promise land. A land for ALL, my fellow Malaysians .

Exactly 8 hours from now, my country will go into a frenzy in deciding who will rules the country in the next 5 years.

Already in a chaos outsides my house now , think it will go on for some time .

I hope to see some changes, we hv to got some changes .... Happy Voting .

I used to like to upload my photo collections, and share it with frenz. And sometimes sent it to frenz as they wish to hv the real size photo. I remember that it was quite a torturing process then, as to wait for the photo being uploaded ....... and it kills off the good mood .

And I reluctantly sent some photos to a frenz tonight, and what a suprise I get from Hotmail . The photo ulploading is .... wow, so much faster than I can expect. Or maybe I subscribe to a broadband width connection ???

Anyhow seems that it's no more a pain experience, and probably I will upload some travel trips photo and share with frenz in FB .
